Exhibitor Search and Scheduling Tool
The Show’s online exhibitor search has an all-new design for 2010 that’s simpler than ever to use, including a personal booth list feature. Enhancements include:
- New keyword search. Search for exhibitors’ virtual booths by keyword, department or alphabetically.
- Easier access. Tabs across the top make it easy to click and view “My Booth List” anytime.
- Simpler functions. Just click when you’re on a booth to add it to your list.
- “My Booth List” can be downloaded into Microsoft Excel or printed.

Please log in using your ARA web account username and password.
If you have not created an account please visit ARArental.org to create one.
Once you are logged in you will be able to add exhibitors to your list simply by
placing a check mark in the box next to their name on any exhibitor list.
You may search by exhibitors by product type on the Heavy Construction, Light Construction/General
Tool, Party & Special Event and Business Tools tabs on this page.
OR
Search for an exhibitor using our new keyword search tab.
And last of all you can search for exhibitors according to the first letter of their
name using our Alphabetic list
