Profitable relationships start here

Feb. 27 - March 2, 2011 - Exhibits Feb. 28 - March 2, 2011
Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Las Vegas

No matter who the customers are, the purchase cycle begins with awareness. That’s where The Rental Show is a powerful asset. As the rental industry’s most widely known and trusted resource, the Show is a magnet for dedicated rental business owners who are looking for the latest products and niche opportunities.

The Rental Show is the ideal place to make connections and build relationships — not just with your current customers, but also with the new audience of attendees that discovers the Show each year. Where are customers going to get to know you better than at The Rental Show? Exhibiting also reflects your commitment to the rental industry, an investment attendees notice and appreciate.

Find quality leads here

Exhibiting at The Rental Show gives you access to thousands of rental professionals in just a few days — many more than you can reach with sales calls alone. However, the quality is even more noteworthy than the quantity. These attendees come each year specifically to research and plan inventory purchases, and they’re looking for new solutions. That makes them a receptive, interested audience at the Show to see you.

Will this be your company's first time exhibiting at The Rental Show? There is a First-Time Exhibitor Pavilion, a special location on the show floor specifically for new companies. More information is available here. See the location and booth numbers for the First-Time Exhibitor Pavilion in the Construction/Industrial floor plan above.

Show floor departments

The Rental Show's trade show floor includes the following departments:
Construction/Industrial Equipment is almost exclusively rented by construction firms or contractors and is normally towed or driven to a job site. Examples include earthmoving equipment such as backhoes, excavators and trenchers;  access equipment such as aerial work platforms and telehandlers; and large generators.

General Tool/Homeowner Equipment is usually rented by small contractors and do-it-yourself (DIY) homeowners and most can be transported by car or in the back of a pickup truck. The equipment is used for light construction, including building renovations and additions, concrete work and landscaping.

Party/Special Event Equipment covers rental of products to consumers for celebrations such as weddings, graduations and parties, and to corporations for promotional, recreational and special events. It includes such items as tents, tables and chairs, linens, tableware and other equipment specifically rented for parties or events.
